Of course you can appeal to us if you feel that we have charged a False Alarm fee unfairly. You can email us your appeal and we promise to carefully consider every incidence. But be aware…”forgetting” is not a valid excuse. Even if you cannot get to a computer to check in, we have a toll free number and text capability so there are three ways to notify us of your status. We do not take lightly charging our members for false alarms.  We really never want to charge anyone. But on the other hand we take our responsibility very seriously and we want all our members to be secure knowing that if they are overdue...someone will be looking for them!
